INCUCOT, Making for Maternal and New born Health-Collins Mbuvi

Incucot is an affordable infant incubator designed for hospitals in low and middle income countries. It uses locally available materials and makes use of locally available manufacturing methods to cut on the cost of production. This being a need in Kenyan local hospitals, Collins has dedicated his time and mind in prototyping one of our own.

Sue Wairimu graduated with honors in Civil Engineering, one of the courses that are male dominated.   This clearly indicates her strength and determination regardless of her gender. Her passion and love for numbers was her greatest driving force.
